The Training Schedule allows us to create training content that matches your season and weekly schedule. You can update your schedule as often as necessary.
As an Athlete, tap on the profile icon in the top-left corner of the homepage and then tap Training Schedule.
As a Coach, tap on the athlete's name button at the top center of the screen and then tap Training Schedule.
Once you are done making changes, tap the green check mark on the top right of the screen to save your changes. If you have modified the training schedule, the training plan for today will change.
