Even if you are unable to collect throw data with your sensor, you should still account for this workload in the motusTHROW app. Luckily, it's easy to add workload to your account to ensure that your Readiness and training recommendations are as accurate as possible.
WARNING: This feature simulates your workload and will not give accurate workload measurements if consistently used. This feature is not intended for regular use. Only wearing your sleeve for every throw will give accurate workload measures.
As an Athlete, tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of your homepage. As a Coach, tap an athlete's name on the roster to enter their profile, then tap their name in the top-center of the screen. Then tap Add Workload.
If you have designated Bullpen or Longtoss sessions (See: Designating Gameday Bullpen and Longtoss Sessions), you can select one of these sessions, or you can tap Add Throws to add a custom sequence of throws to your workload.
You can create a sequence of throws for different dates, times, and tags to account for the workload that you missed. We will search for your recent throws with the same tag to estimate the workload of each throw. If you do not have enough recent throws with the same tag, we will use average workload estimates for your height, weight, age, and selected tag. Tap the green checkmark in the top-right corner to add the workload to your account.
