On the home tab of your motusDASH account, you will see a table detailing the current status of each athlete on your roster.
The flag on the far left turns green when the athlete has transferred data for today.
The Diagnostic columns show the athlete's current A:C Ratio, Acute Workload, Chronic Workload, and Arm Health.
Maintaining an A:C Ratio around 1.0 is important for staying healthy. A:C Ratio is color-coded green when the value is within one standard deviation (0.7 - 1.3), yellow when the value is between one and two standard deviations (0.4 - 0.7, 1.3 - 1.6), and red when the value is more than two standard deviations (0 - 0.4, 1.6 - 4) from the healthy A:C Ratio of 1.0.
Acute and Chronic Workload will fluctuate throughout the season, so they are color-coded in a slightly different manner. Workloads are pink when the value is within one standard deviation (10.0 - 20.0), purple when the value is between one and two standard deviations (5.0 - 10.0, 20.0 - 25.0), and blue when the value is more than two standard deviations (0.0 - 5.0, 25.0 - 30.0) from the average workload of 15.0.
Arm Health is an acute average of the athlete's subjective ratings. Health ratings are color-coded green when the average rating has been higher than 7, yellow when the average rating has been between 4 and 7, and red when the average rating has been below 4.
The Prescriptive columns show the athlete's recommended 1-Day Workload for today and A:C Ratio with Rest. The workload recommendation is based on the athlete's current A:C Ratio, Chronic Workload, and schedule. It is designed to safely ramp you up, bring you down, or maintain a normal Chronic Workload. A:C Ratio with Rest shows what the athlete's A:C Ratio will be at the end of today if they do not throw at all.
